Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. <\/span>For contracts concerning the delivery of goods: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. For contracts concerning the delivery of digital content: from the day of the conclusion of the contract (unless prior consent to execution has been given).<\/p><\/div>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Stanley Okoro, Petersburger Str. 39, 10249 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 172 755 44 56, Email: info@stanley-rubyn.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form electronically by sending me an email to info@stanley-rubyn.com. <\/span>To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p><\/div>

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract reached me. For this refund, I shall use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case shall you be charged fees for this refund.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Return of Goods<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

If you withdraw from physical goods, you are obliged to return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if you have expressly consented to my beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract. The right of withdrawal also expires for the delivery of sealed audio carriers (CD, vinyl) if the seal was removed after delivery.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
